Imagine what might happen if we did some basic stuff that makes life better – and were consistent with it.
What would happen?
Well, I wanted to find out so recently I started doing 100 days of a personal challenge to stick with these things:
Get close to 8 hours sleep a night
Eat 3 meals a day with less snacking and alcohol (but still some)
Stretch out each day – 20 min Yoga each day
Light exercise –  30 min walk each day
Simple stress reduction – 2 min 4 times a day
That’s it.
Will it make a difference?
Time will tell. Here’s day 1!
