The more work I do in clinic the more two things come to the fore: It’s what you’re avoiding and what your gut tells you that shows you where your life can improve.

If it’s sitting down to study and then giving up to watch TV, or deciding to have that conversation and then shying away from it, then it’s likely a tightness in your gut or chest came with the feeling and though you think it normal and hardly notice it it’s your biggest clue to bad feeling pushing your behaviour.

Take a good look at what happens when you find you are distracting yourself from what you had planned to do. That’s where change lives.

Change is easier than you think.
