Aim to win
If you think – ‘I need to cope better with my problem’ (anxiety, worry, stress, depression, panic, whatever it is) Then you’ve already decided to keep your problem. Don’t do that!

Instead take the attitude – ‘I want rid of this problem. I want a happier life!’

If you broke your leg and you went to someone who said ‘here are some crutches, they’ll let you live easier with your broken leg’, that’d be a help. But if they had the attitude of ‘The crutches will help while we put your leg in a cast and treat it so it heals’, that would be much better.

Take the same approach with your health of all kinds, physical & mental.

Aim for a goal and you can win, aim for a draw and that’s the best you’ll get.
