We can get through this OK.

In response to the growing anxiety and fear out there I am opening 5 more online sessions from next week.

I will also be delivering a free online training in stress reduction skills anyone can use in a few weeks time.

This training will be open to anyone who wants access. We're working to expand our capacity on our Webinar system to accommodate as many people as possible. So far we have interest from more than half a dozen countries.

If you had been hoping to get help 1-1 we can do that online using secure therapy delivery video conferencing.

There are protocols for delivering EMDR and CBT online which are tried and tested.

If you'd like to book an assessment to see if I might be able to help you please get in touch.

These days in clinic my work is mostly working with anxiety and trauma to help people reduce those issues and have happier lives

The usual first step is to start with an assessment to get to grips with the issue. That usually takes about 30-45 minutes.

There is no charge for that as until it's done, I can't say whether I can take you on, but at the end of this I'll be able to tell you how many sessions etc. I think will suit your need. If it's something I can't help with I should be able to recommend the right person for you.

In the meantime please keep following the guidelines on staying a distance from people.

I'd also recommend limiting social media and news to set check-in times each day to stop it becoming all consuming.

My heartfelt thanks to those who are working the front lines! I'm lucky in that I can do my bit from behind a screen and still help people, but not everyone is so lucky.

Any front-line staff experiencing stress or trauma should feel free to contact me for free assistance.

Let's all keep working together to beat this.

Hope you can make a great week from this and every week.

All the best,
