Today is International Happiness day. Did you notice? Are you happy? If not, perhaps rather than pretend to be for the day why not use the day to your advantage? Have a think. Jennifer Saunders and negativity…

It appears Jennifer Saunders spent decades with a 'backpack of negativity' and only decided to do something about it when it held up a script, and was going to cost her big time. What I find interesting is how many people ignore the 'backpack of negativity' for so long. It can keep our options small, shrink our world, and hold us back from making our dreams and hopes a reality. But we are fine with that for decades.
